WIFF: Let’s Master Our Mobiles! Phone Tips πŸ“±+ Fresh Podcast Episode!✨

As a reminder, WIFF stands for “What I’m Feeling Fridays!”

When I started my business on Instagram over a decade ago, my phone became the most important device in my life. I relied on it for almost everything and spent hours on it daily. But as time went by, I realized that it was crucial to use this tool wisely instead of allowing it to control me. In this email, I’ll share some resources I’ve used to improve my relationship with my phone over the years.

Digital Minimalism: Choosing a Focused Life in a Noisy World by Cal Newport (and everything on his β€œStudy Hacks” blog).

The Optimal iPhone Settings and Best Apps for Productivity, Focus, and Health – When we unbox our new phones, we usually skim the surface of all the settings. Digital Minimalism Reading List – There are so many books that exist to help you have a better relationship with your phone. This list is exhaustive!

I want you to trust me when I say that I am not the person who would ask you to delete your social media accounts or lock your phone away. Instead, with some effort, we can take control of our digital lives and create a relationship with technology that we can feel good about. After all, technology is here to stay.
